National Francophone Immigration Week

National Francophone Immigration Week is coordinated at the national level by the Fédération des communautés francophones et acadienne (FCFA) du Canada (Federation of Francophone and Acadian Communities of Canada) and at the provincial and territorial levels by the Francophone Immigration Networks (RIFs). Each year, 100 activities are held across the country, including cultural evenings, coffee debates, cooking workshops, labour market training, testimonial circles and school celebrations. Each activity is truly a means of fostering exchanges.

This initiative is being carried out with the financial support of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and the participation of several partners. It is inspired by the Atlantic Francophone Immigration Week, which was organized by the Atlantic Committee on Francophone Immigration in 2012.
